Sorry this chapter review took so long. I am very busy at the moment and had no time to write on here. This chapter took a happy ending and flipped it on its head. My favorite part is actually the first page, when Itachi fades with the light. The last panel was brilliant artwork by Kishimoto. Saskue says "I'm..." and I can't wait to find out what he is. Will he say "I'm going to kill everyone who made Itachi suffer" or "I'm so happy." Hopefully the latter, and he becomes at least a little less of a jerk than he is. Don't get me wrong, I like Sasuke, but he's a jerk.
Next more people vanish. Dan is released from his barrier and uses a jutsu to save Tsunade from Madara's last ditch attempt to kill her. He gives her chakra, kisses her like she used to, and gave Tsunade motivation. Heartwarming.
All too soon is the end of the chapter and, as per usual, the last page is the most important. Madara is still chillin' without any plans to leave. He claimed that there was a weakness to the edo tensei afterall. If you were resurected and knew the hand signs, you could break the summoning contract attaching you to your master and roam free. "Unlimited chakra, an undying body... quite a risk, with someone like that running around." In the last panel Madara released his sunmmoning contract and is now free from Kabuto's control. As such, Kabuto's release does not affect him.
As for my previous predictions, I at least got one part right. Madara did try to kill a kage before his edo tensei ran out and his main target became Tsunade. For next time, I expect the Kages to retreat and Madara follwing. Perhaps they will run into more people? There are four options. Either they run into Naruto and Tobi's fight, the main shinobi army, Saskue, or a mix of all three converge. I also wonder if Kabuto will turn to Saskue's side, and become his assistant like he was Orochimaru's. Then the pair could attempt to stop Madara.
We will see on Wednesday!
